By engaging 3sixt5 Design Pty Ltd for services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Structure

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences.
• Completion: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon project completion and prior to final delivery or site launch.
• Licensing: Clients will be billed additionally for any premium third-party licenses (plugins, themes, or fonts) required for specific project functionality.

2. Professional Disclaimers

SEO & Ranking: While we utilize high-level SERP and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies, 3sixt5 Design Pty Ltd does not guarantee first-page rankings. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to constant change.

3. Service Terms

• Web & App Dev: Ownership of custom code transfers to the client only upon final payment.
• Graphic Design: Final assets are delivered via Adobe Studio standards. We are not liable for errors caused by third-party printers.

4. Liability

We are not liable for loss of revenue or data due to server failures, third-party software bugs, or external hacking incidents.
